Apart from the disappointment of stock running out and not receiving it in time to make some items for Christmas gifts - excellent. Shipping once in stock was quick. Packaging is thought out and protects the contents well. Pre assembly of the gantry was spot on. Put it together in half an hour and was producing test pieces in no time. Performance thus far even using LaserGRBL is impressive and will be upgrading to LightBurn to improve the quality of the image file conversions. Happy New Year to my Banggood friends!!
